Jessica Kent is the heart and driving force behind Watermark Homeschool Enrichment. As a passionate advocate for homeschooling, Jessica recognized the need for a supportive and enriching community where families could thrive. As a mother of nine children, she intimately understood the challenges and rewards of homeschooling and saw a significant gap for dynamic programs in the Central Florida area. In 2017, she co-founded Watermark with a vision to create a dynamic learning environment that fosters both academic growth and genuine relationships. Her personal journey and desire to provide exceptional educational experiences led to the establishment of Watermark, now a vibrant hub for homeschool families in the Orlando area. Jessica is committed to building a strong community of parents, students, and teachers, all grounded in a Christ-centered foundation.

For me, homeschooling isn’t just about academics; it’s about nurturing the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.  As a Christian, I believe that all truth is God’s truth, and I wanted to create a space where our children could explore the world through a biblical lens. My prayer is that Watermark provides a place where families feel supported in their desire to raise children who love God and seek to glorify Him in all they do. It’s my hope that, together, we can cultivate a love for learning that is rooted in a Christ-centered worldview, and that our children will grow to be strong in faith and equipped to make a difference in the world around them.
