Jessica Kent
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Jessica Kent is the Co-Founder and Director of Watermark Homeschool Enrichment, where she leads a dedicated team that connects passionate professionals with homeschooling families.
Jessica and her husband Joel are proud parents to nine wonderful children and have enjoyed homeschooling their crew since their oldest child was in Elementary Homeschool and even preschool.
She holds a BA in American Sign Language – Educational Interpreting, from the University of South Florida.
Although family, homeschooling, and Watermark take most of her time she has a love for all things Jesus, Disney, scrapbooking, and Chic-fil-a Sweet Tea!
Born and raised in Orlando, Jessica & Joel have also set down roots in Central Florida and love raising their children in the Florida sunshine.
Joel Kent
President & Director
Joel Kent is the President and Director of Watermark Homeschool Enrichment in Orlando, a fulfilling role that represents a significant shift from his previous career as a full-time Audio Video Lighting Engineer.
Prior to working with Watermark, Joel honed his technical skills as an Audio & Video Entertainment Technician.
Today, he finds great satisfaction in managing the daily operations of Watermark, nurturing its growth, and fostering a vibrant learning environment for homeschooling families.
Alongside this rewarding work, Joel continues to utilize his expertise by freelancing locally as an LED Video Wall Engineer and Technician.
As a father of nine children, Joel’s dedication extends both to his family and to the joy he finds in building and leading the Watermark community.
Desiree LaRoche
North Campus Director
Desiree LaRoche is the North Campus Director for Watermark Homeschool Enrichment in Orlando, FL.
She holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality and brings a heart for families, education, and creating lasting memories.
Desiree began her journey at Watermark as a preschool teacher while exploring the idea of homeschooling her own children.
She quickly fell in love with the community and never looked back.
Today, her commitment to the homeschool community is both professional and deeply personal.
She finds joy in supporting families and treasures the opportunity to help create memorable experiences year after year at the North Campus.
Outside of Watermark, Desiree is also a licensed REALTOR®, combining her people skills, sales experience, and passion for helping families find their forever homes.
She and her husband Ryan have two beautiful daughters, and together they love adventuring and making memories.
In her spare time, Desiree enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Amy Sableski
Academic Campus Director
Amy is a devoted wife of 27 years, mom to five, and grandma to five. With experience in homeschool, private school, and public school, Amy brings a well-rounded understanding of education and a genuine passion for supporting families.
Known for her steady leadership, warm energy, and encouraging spirit, Amy creates a Christ-centered environment where students feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.
She brings a joyful, can-do attitude to everything she does—loves all things outdoors and never turns down a good cup of coffee!
Rebekah Dennis
Program Coordinator
Rebekah is a wife and mother of two. She is a proud homeschool graduate and attended UCF where she graduated with a degree in elementary education. She has been working in education for over a decade. She has taught various grades in public schools, private schools and a homeschool hybrid. She is passionate about many things but most importantly about being a light for Jesus.
